Rathwood Deposit and EasyPay: How it works:
Secure today for a holding deposit of only 33% of order value. You will receive an email shortly after placing your order with access to your online EasyPay account. The first payment is due within 2 days of placing your order
After four weeks, you will get an email reminder that the next payment of 33% of order value. The email will contain a link to your EasyPay account.
Pre-delivery Payment. After a further 4 weeks, the balance is due (balance of the order). You will receive an email reminder and a link to pay this balance.
This is not a finance agreement. There is no additional cost in selecting EasyPay option versus paying up front
Terms & Conditions:
Once order has been fully paid your delivery can be scheduled
Final payment must be received within the agreed 8 week time frame
There is a £100 cancellation fee on orders that you cancel when using EasyPay, any deposits paid will be reimbursed in 5 working days minus the cancellation fee.
Delivery can take between 5-10 workings days after the balance has been fully paid. Deliveries cannot be scheduled before the balance is fully paid.
Cheques are accepted but your order will only be released once funds have cleared.
Rathwood Offers a Delivery Service on All Items of Furniture
We have 2 different delivery methods which are dependent on the type of items ordered. The cost and the lead times for each delivery option is outlined below.

Benches and Bistros
Benches and bistros are delivered using a parcel delivery system. All our orders are dispatched as soon as possible and you can expect to have your order within 14- 21 working days as they come from our warehouse in Ireland.
Your furniture will be securely packaged in boxes. Unfortunately we cannot offer assembly with this option. The delivery company will do their utmost to accommodate your needs and work around your availability.
4, 6 & 8 Seater Garden Sets – Pallet Deliveries
Delivery for our 4, 6 and 8 seater garden sets. Our general lead time on these garden sets is 14 – 21 working days. However, we aim to get the items delivered to your home within the first week of you placing your order.
You will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives after placing your order and they will advise you on a date for delivery. If you require furniture urgently or within a certain time frame, please do not hesitate to contact us. If for some reason we are unable to deliver within our general lead time of 14-21 working days, we shall contact you directly to advise.
We ask the carrier to deliver the goods in a vehicle with a tail-lift so the consignment can be lowered to the ground and delivered to the kerbside of your home ie kerbside.
Zones 1-5 & Northern Ireland may incur a charge, ZONES 6-9 may incur an additional charge – We will contact you to discuss any additional charges which may apply within these zones. Please see additional information and map for further details.
Incorrect surcharge: If for some reason you are not charged the correct amount at checkout, we will place your order on hold until we contact you and discuss if you would like to proceed with the order. If the delivery is more than quoted, you are well within your rights to cancel your order at this point.
If you think that your order might be damaged
- Please sign for your delivery as “goods not inspected”
- Try to keep the carrier on site whilst you call us on 01617100596. This will enable us to make an informed decision about repairing or replacing any damaged goods
- Rest assured that Rathwood will never try to avoid our responsibility and our first priority is to make sure that our customer is happy with their purchase, so don’t worry..
Often we find that minor damage such as scratches can be repaired with touch up paint. In this case we can offer compensation of either free gifts or discounts to the customer.
Signing for Delivery
Deliveries to kerbside of your home . Someone will need to be in to sign for the delivery. If you cannot be in, please ensure a neighbour will be in on the stated/requested day. We would not want your order to be left outside your door for insurance reasons, and therefore ask the delivery company to return the order to your local depot, and have to rearrange for another day. You could incur a re-delivery charge.
A 7 day money back guarantee exists for faulty products. Evidence of any faults will be needed to be supplied by the customer. This means that a replacement product can be offered or alternatively we will offer a full refund equal to the value of the returned product.
It is essential that any faulty product is made available for return in the exact condition in which it was delivered, along with the original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover the cost of failed collection. There will be no collection charges for faulty goods if the preceding conditions are adhered to. Once the faulty product has been successfully returned, a replacement product or a full refund will be arranged as quickly as possible.
If the customer is dissatisfied with his/her purchase, contact with us must be made within seven days of the original purchase, if he/her wishes to return some or all items from his/her order. The customer can either arrange to return the goods to the supplier at his/her own cost or ask a collection to be made at the cost of £75 which will be deducted from the refund. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition they were in at the time of delivery to the customer and in the original packaging or similar. Items which are not adequately packaged at the time of collection may not be collected and a charge of £45 may be levied to cover the cost of failed collection.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of goods and after we have inspected them for damage. We reserve the right to withhold all or part of your refund if items are returned damaged. Rathwood reserves the right to cancel any order at any point of the transaction up until the point where the customer is in possession of the goods. Rathwood will treat this order as a cancelled order unless the goods are in the possession of the customer. A full refund will be given if any monies have been paid.
